TIRANA, June 2 – Eslin Kurti won the 64th National Children’s Festival with the song “Kërce me mua” [Dance with Me]. She also won the Junior category for ages 9–14. As a result, she will represent Albania at the Eurovision Junior 2026 on October 24 in Ta’Qali, Malta.

The festival took place in Shkodër for the second consecutive year. It was staged at the “Migjeni” Theatre. Albanian Radio Television and the Municipality of Shkodër organised the event.

Meanwhile, Rei Bezhani composed the winning song. Eriona Rushiti wrote the lyrics. Enis Mullaj arranged the orchestration.

The festival brought together Albanian talents from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and the diaspora.
