Tirana to host 13th Vespa parade on Skanderbeg Square

Hundreds of Vespa enthusiasts from Albania, Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia and Italy will gather in Tirana on Saturday for the 13th Vespa Parade Tirana. The event will combine culture, heritage, friendship and social awareness.
Organisers plan a symbolic 600-square-metre installation on Skanderbeg Square to promote unity and friendship between Albania and Italy. This year’s parade coincides with the 80th anniversaries of Vespa and the Italian Republic. Meanwhile, participants will decorate their scooters with pink ribbons in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The campaign will highlight women’s health and the importance of early diagnosis.
The programme starts at 11:00 with participants’ arrival and registration. The parade will travel through the capital’s streets from 16:00 to 18:00. After returning to Skanderbeg Square, participants will attend a ceremony with music and live performances by Xhesika Polo and Mateus Frroku. The Municipality of Tirana supports the event.
