“Mother Teresa” monument inaugurated/ Sculptor Shima brings it to Tirana International Airport, which bears her name

Another monument was added to the largest international airport in Albania. It is the statue of the Albanian saint “Mother Teresa” skillfully crafted by the sculptor Ilirian Shima.
For the realization of this work, the sculptor has tried to break down more elegance for more than a decade.
For the artist, Shima, this sculpture is one of the most meaningful works as it is directly related to the figure of the saint “Mother Teresa”.
April 25 dates to the 30th anniversary of the historic visit of the Pope, Saint John Paul II to Albania, who was received by Mother Teresa.
