“Quattro pezzi sacri”, was a performance which received enthusiastic applause from the audience.

Yesterday’s evening was made special by the performance between the Opera House Symphony Orchestra and Choir, the special participation of the Kosovo Philharmonic Choir, the youthful potential of the Armed Forces Symphony Orchestra and the Salerno State Conservatory.

The symphonic choral concert “Quattro pezzi sacri” sealed the greatness of G. Verdi at the Opera House, with the merciful hymn “Stabat Mater dolorosa”, dedicated to the sufferings and sacrifices of the Holy Virgin Mary, which is translated through the compassionate words “the sorrowful mother stands on foot”.
