Albanian Football Federation (AFF) President Armand Duka visited the national team during preparations for its upcoming UEFA Nations League matches. He urged the players and coaching staff to show maximum commitment, work as a team and make a strong start to the training camp. Duka said the team’s first match against Belarus would require serious preparation from the first day. He stressed that finishing top of the group requires desire, concentration and full commitment throughout the four-match camp.

Duka said Albania’s objective remains clear: to finish first in the group. He noted that every team would start the campaign with the same ambition and that no side can rely on being a favourite before playing. Meanwhile, he stressed that teams earn that status on the pitch through their performance and commitment. Duka also highlighted team spirit as one of the main strengths that has characterised Albania throughout its history. He said a positive atmosphere and collective work remain essential to producing positive results.

The federation president also pointed to the balance between experienced and young players in the squad. He said combining those qualities can create the energy the team needs. Duka wished the players and staff success during the four-match camp and called for concentration, character and maximum commitment as Albania seeks to achieve its objective and make a winning start against Belarus.
