Representatives from the Albanian and Greek Film Archives met to plan joint projects.

Ambassador Luela Hajdaraga, Eljan Tanini, and specialists Erand Meca and Erjon Tusha met Maria Amalia Komninou and technical staff from the Greek Film Archive.

They agreed that Greece will restore the Albanian film “Gurët e Shtëpisë sime” by Dhimitër Anagnosti. They will also exchange expertise, professional knowledge, and archival materials.

The meeting planned joint events, including “Albanian and Greek Film Weeks” and premiere nights for the restored film.

The cooperation memorandum is expected to be signed this autumn.

The session ended with a visit to archive facilities, the museum, and the laboratory, strengthening cultural and professional ties between Albania and Greece.
