The Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania have agreed on the immediate completion of all technical works to set up the interstate fund for financial support of the Preshevo Valley. The news was announced by the acting Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Gent Cakaj. Through a Facebook post. Minister Cakaj states that “Our support for the Preshevo Valley and the raising of Albanian issues there, will continue unsparingly and in every possible field.”
