The prestigious British media BBC has made a very significant advertisement for the song and the singers representing Albania this year at Eurovision.

In an article in the “not to be missed” section, entitled “Eurovision 2023: Every song ranked, from Albania to the United Kingdom”, the BBC has ranked the first Albanian song “Duje” by Albina and the Kelmendi Family.

“In a feature of typographical synchronicity, Albina is the representative of Albania for the year 2023.

In 2014, Albina Kelmendi was a finalist in The Voice Of Albania 4, today she performs “Duje”, a dramatic ballad about families where there is divorce and the impact that parental separation has on children.

“The performance ends with Albina falling to her knees in tears”, writes the BBC.

While making a prediction, the BBC writes that Albania has a chance to be ranked “in the lower half of the table with the main countries”.

The countdown has begun. This Friday marks 40 days until Eurovision week kicks off with an opening ceremony in Liverpool.
