Art Gallery in Lezhë Opens Its Doors, Restores Collection of 86 Artistic Work

After a complete renovation, the Art Gallery in Lezhë has reopened its doors to artists and visitors, offering a refreshed and inspiring space for artistic expression.
Situated on the first floor of the “Ded Ndue Lazri” Palace of Culture, the gallery has been thoroughly transformed. In addition to new frames and modern lighting, all paintings and sculptures—some previously damaged—have been carefully restored, elevating the gallery into a vibrant center of culture and creativity.
“We have addressed issues like the warping of fiber-based paintings caused by humidity, aging, and wear,” said Elona Kamshi, director of the Palace of Culture.
The revitalized gallery is now fully available for visual artists to showcase their work.
“I hope painters will join us and make use of this open, comfortable, and modern space designed especially for them,” Ms. Kamshi added.
With a collection of 86 paintings and sculptures, the gallery now shines as a renewed cultural destination. Its enriched artistic heritage, enhanced facilities, and welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit for those seeking to experience the beauty and creativity of the visual arts.
