“Onufri” Artistic School in Elbasan has been fully renovated, emerging as a premier hub for the arts.

The school now features expanded facilities including new classrooms, scientific laboratories, a modern gymnasium, and a concert hall, accommodating 340 student artists.

This significant upgrade was funded by the Ministry of Education and Sports in partnership with the Elbasan Municipality.

Mayor of Elbasan Gledian Llatja praised the said Ministry for its continuous support in educational projects, highlighting the school’s pivotal role in nurturing artists. “Onufri” has been a cornerstone of Elbasan’s cultural scene, producing notable artists and enriching the artistic community across Central Albania.

“With its new infrastructure, the school is poised to fully realize its educational program and enhance its role in both national and international artistic events,” Llatja added.
