Blendi Gonxhja, the Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, announced via social media the return of the International Cultural Weeks in May this year.

“After an unforgettable journey with the third edition, where 21 countries, 252 activities, and 364 artists brought their energy, art, and spirit to Albania, the International Cultural Weeks 2025 are back for the fourth season,” stated Minister Gonxhja.

While the minister has not revealed the surprises of this edition, he invited art enthusiasts to follow these activities, which will serve as a celebration of culture, art, and traditions from around the world, filling our stages with emotion and creativity.

The International Cultural Weeks (ICW) is a platform of the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation that brings a series of activities aimed at introducing and embracing various world cultures by the public.

Each week is dedicated to a specific global culture, which is brought to the hospitable Albanian table through activities that best reflect the richness of these cultures, including films, melodies, architecture, costumes, cuisine, and heritage. ICW is a cultural parade running from May to November.
