One of the most beautiful spring festivals “Colour Day Festival” is coming to Tirana for the fourth year in a row.

This year the festival of all colors will come with an innovation where entry will be free for all participants.

Mayor Erion Veliaj has invited all citizens to be part of this great celebration which will be held on May 20 at “Mother Teresa” square.
