TIRANA, February 12 – Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, congratulated the constitution of Kosova’s Parliament. She sent success messages to the new institutions formed by the X Legislature.

In a social media statement, Spiropali expressed her congratulations to both the Parliament and Kosova’s new government.

She wished the Parliament and the new government a successful term.

Spiropali extended warm congratulations to Parliament Speaker Albulena Haxhiu, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca. She emphasized their high responsibility in serving citizens and strengthening Kosova’s democratic state.

She underlined that Kosovo is an inseparable part of the national heart and the shared European horizon. She stressed that Albania will always stand by Kosova with sincere and unwavering support for its security, institutions, and Euro-Atlantic path.

Spiropali wished that this new chapter serves peace, development, and the dignity of Kosova’s citizens.
