TIRANA, March 20 – The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs wished the Muslim community a happy Eid al-Fitr today.

“In this Eid al-Fitr, we wish peace, harmony, and kindness to fill the hearts of all Albanians, in Albania and abroad. Eid is not only a celebration. It is a moment where sincere wishes replace silence, and forgiveness becomes strength,” the ministry said.

The ministry highlighted Albania’s religious harmony as a unique national value.

“Albania has shown the world something rare. People of different faiths and traditions can sit together, share meals, and celebrate each other’s joy. This is not a coincidence. It is a heritage. It is a source of pride,” the ministry added.

On this sacred day, the ministry emphasized that “every smile we give is a gift, every kind word is a bridge, and every act of forgiveness is a new beginning.”
