The National Center for Books and Reading (QKLL) has opened applications for the 2025 Children’s Literary Creativity Fund. The deadline is May 20, 2025, at 16:00.

“Albanian children’s literature is part of our literary heritage in educating future generations. Supporting authors who enrich this literature is a key part of our work,” QKLL stated on its social media page.

The call is directed at authors over the age of 18, in the genres of children’s prose and poetry. The funding will be paid directly to the publisher, who must submit the application with the appropriate license through a legal representative.

Applications must be submitted in printed form, either in person or by mail, to the Protocol Office of the National Center for Books and Reading by May 20, 2025, at 16:00. They can also be sent electronically to [email protected].
