TIRANA, February 17 – The Speaker of Parliament, Niko Peleshi, met today with United States Chargé d’Affaires Nancy VanHorn.

During the meeting at the Parliament premises, Peleshi said the discussion focused on the strategic partnership between Albania and the United States, particularly in the fields of security and defense.

“As a trusted NATO ally, Albania remains committed to contributing to regional and global peace, security, and stability, while further strengthening its role within the Euro-Atlantic security architecture,” Peleshi said.
