The Academy of Sciences honors the well-known conductor Maestro Eno Koço on his 80th birth anniversary.  

Although he has given the stage several decades of life, he still enjoys an inexhaustible and youthful energy, as he conducted the concert yesterday in this jubilee year of his birth.

Maestro Eno Koço’s name marks an important part of the history of Albanian classical music, although his contribution has exceeded the borders of our country, being a virtuoso artist of international caliber.

However, the artist says that he had to fight hard to pave his artistic path. Despite the fact that maestro Eno Koço, has had great achivements thanks to his hard work over the years, he still remains modest above all.

Being the son of 2 well-known musicians, such as Kristo Koço and Tefta Tashko Koço, the artist says that he is still accompanied by the phrase, the son of Tefta Tashko.

Maestro Eno Koço is an external member of the Academy of Sciences, so the event in his honor took place in the premises of the Academy of Science, where a good part of his literary and artistic creativity was exhibited.
