Virtual Exhibitions Highlight Llambrini Dëna’s Terracotta Masterpieces

In Berat, sculptor Llambrini Dëna’s studio is filled with Albanian-inspired creations. These works are cast in ceramic and terracotta.
Prime Minister Edi Rama recently visited her studio.
“It was a beautiful visit to Llambrini Dëna’s artisan studio. Over the years, she has created a workshop and gallery. She works with ceramics, dyes, wood, and other materials. Her art includes portraits, landscapes, legends, and elements from Albanian folklore. Everything is handmade and perfect for the tourists who visit UNESCO’s Berat,” said Rama.
Rama and Dëna discussed her creative process. Her works decorate homes in Berat and attract tourists.
“Earlier, some Israeli tourists visited. They love art and were curious about the works and Albanian traditions,” said Dëna.
Dëna has also launched virtual exhibitions. Her terracotta works are especially interesting. Folk motifs are adapted to modern times. Meditative portraits, delicate statues, and warm colors bring viewers closer to tradition.
