The film “Andra në Sirtar” (Dreams in a Drawer) is the latest project from the young director Glejvis Lleshaj in Kukës.

This short film addresses the theme of Kukës youth migrating to the United Kingdom and presents this situation from a unique perspective.

Glejvis Lleshaj shared how the idea for the film came about. “It was a conversation with a friend of mine, who is now in England, revealing his experience. This conversation became an inspiration for the film we are now finalizing,” he said.

All the actors in the film are from Kukës, and for many of them, this is their first time playing in a film.

The film’s premiere took place last evening at the “Hasan Prishtina” Palace of Culture in Kukës, with a large number of attendees.
