In the framework of the upcoming International Architecture Biennale in Venice, the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation has announced a call for project submissions for the Albanian Pavilion. The Biennale, which will be open to the public from May 10 to November 23, 2025, will focus on the theme: “”Intelligence.Natural.Artificial.Collective”.”

The Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation (MEKI) has announced that it is seeking projects inspired by a careful observation of contemporary architecture and Albanian society, particularly where it makes a difference, as well as the visual tools through which these ideas will be communicated to the general public and professionals.

The 19th International Architecture Biennale will feature, as usual, national participations with their own exhibits in the pavilions at Giardini and Arsenale, as well as in Venice’s historic center.

MEKI encourages all candidates to collaborate with local or international curators with experience in organizing and participating in similar events and to submit their projects by September 30, 2024.
